PURPOSE:To stably feed a sheet by mechanically connecting a sheet feed roller to a sheet winding roller through a one-way clutch which allows only the rotation of a sheet feeding direction. CONSTITUTION:A drive gear 13 fixed to the shaft 3 of a sheet feed roller 2 is connected through an idle gear 14 to a driven gear 15 of small diameter, and through a one-way clutch 16 which transmits the direction of a sheet feeding direction but does not transmit the reverse rotation to the shaft 5 of a sheet winding roller 4 to apply a desired tension to the sheet. Since the roller 4 is rotated by an inertia when the roller 2 is stopper or repeatedly rotated from the state that the roller 4 is rotated in the sheet feeding direction, the sheet is not slackened. Thus, the sheet can be accurately and stably fed. |
