<p>An animal feeder having a hopper, a trough, and a valve mechanism controlling movement of feed from the hopper to the trough. The feed flow channel is shaped to interrupt gravity flow of feed and requires mechanical movement by a valve assembly to move discrete amounts of feed to the trough. The valve assembly is operable by an animal and, thus, eliminates feed waste.</p> |
