<p>PURPOSE:To reduce material and time cost due to the transmission/reception of time managing information between each branch and a head office or the like. CONSTITUTION:Time managing information stored in a register sheet A is transmitted as image data from a facsimile (FAX) equipment 1 to a FAX MO DEM 3 arranged on the head office through a public line 2. The MODEM 3 outputs the time managing information received as image data to a personal computer 4 as image data. The computer 4 converts the received image data into a text file such as numerical data and then executes the processing of the time manging information.</p> |
