PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a constitution member by reinforcing the joint interface surface by making the body part of the constitution member of a machine body made of casted metal material, from ceramics, and metallizing the integrally casted surface. CONSTITUTION:Ring grooves 4-6 are formed onto the head part of a piston made of casted A alloy. A ring tray 10 as the piston body part onto which the ring groove 4 is formed is made of ceramics. The integrally casted surface 101 as the outer surface of the ring tray 10 is metallized through the metallizing method to form a metal layer 11. Therefore, the joint interface surface between the body part and the main part of the constitution members is reinforced to improve durability. |
