PURPOSE:To prevent fused toner from being transferred to a pressure roller even when the toner is heated at a high speed at a start by providing a toner removing member formed of heat-resisting fiber between a cleaning blade and an entry opening for recording paper. CONSTITUTION:The toner removing member 9 which is formed of the fiber with heat resistance such as glass fiber is placed in slide contact between the cleaning blade 6 and the entry opening 8 for recording paper 7. Then when the recording paper 7 where unfixed toner 15 sticks is supplied from the entry opening 8, the toner 15 is heated, pressed, and fixed on the recording paper 7 by both rollers 1 and 10. At this time, slight toner 15 sticking on a heat roller 1 is removed by a felt member 5 and the cleaning blade 6 and when toner 15 sticking on the edge part of the cleaning blade 6, the toner 15 is caught and removed by the toner removing member 9. Consequently, the fused toner 15 is not transferred to the pressure roller 10 and never fixed on the reverse surface on the reverse surface of the recording paper 7 either. |
