According to the invention, the process consists in concentrating the acetonic extract from crushed and non-deoiled fruit of Silybum Marianum up to 0.25 to 0.30 parts, for a part of seeds, it is kept for 16 h at chamber temperature for phase separation, afterwards the hydro-acetonic part is treated with HCl 0.01 % up to a PH = 3..5 when the sylimarin is settling down and is further dried at 45 degree C.
