ERROR PROCESSING SYSTEM OF BUFFER MEMORY

The system has replace block desinating device for desinating a buffer storage block to be replaced, on the basis of least recently- used logic. An error detecting device is provided for detecting one error, when the replace block desinating device fails to designate a block to be replaced. Another replace block designating device is provided for designating a block to be replaced on the basis of logic different from the least-recentlyused logic. The second replace block designating divice operates in response to detection of an error by the error detecting device.
