PURPOSE:To obtain a decorated processed product capable of developing a sandy metal gloss pattern having three-dimensional feeling, by a method wherein a printing display part is formed to the surface of a base material subjected to transfer using ink and a particulate thermoplastic resin composition is subsequently scattered on said display part to provide a projection layer and, thereafter, a hot stamp foil to which metal vapor deposition is applied is bonded to said projection layer under pressure. CONSTITUTION:Printing ink composed of an epoxy resin or an alkyd resin is applied to the surface of a base material 1 subjected to transfer by a screen process to form printing display parts 2. Next, a particulate thermoplastic resin composition based on an acrylic resin or a resin composition 3 composed of powder paint based on an AS resin or an ABS resin is scattered on the upper surface of the printing display parts 2 to provide projection parts 4 having saw-tooth like or uneven protruded parts formed thereto to said display parts 2. Subsequently, a hot stamp foil 6 having an adhesive layer 7 adhered to the inside thereof and having a metal vapor deposition layer 8 and a gravure layer 9 deposited thereon is contacted with the parts corresponding to said projection parts 4 and pressed under heating by a heat resistant elastomer to apply the transfer of the metal gloss pattern of the hot stamp foil 6 to the surfaces of the projection parts 4. |
