PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the effect of peeling of stuck resin flashes by making cleaner brushes move reciprocally while being made to advance and retrogress. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning head 6 is made a reciprocating motion in the directions of C-D by actuating a motor 14 for reciprocation, then is made to advance in the direction of A by actuating a motor 9 for advance and retrogression. At the same time as the cleaning head is made to advance, the air is injected in cylinders 28a and 28b for ascension and cylinders 29a and 29b for descent in the cleaning head 6 and cleaner brushes 26a and 26b are pressed to the cleaning surface of a metal mold. While this state is held, when the cleaning head 6 is made to advance until an advance limit sensor 37 mounted on the side surface of a duct 7a reaches a dog 36 for advance limit mounted on a bearing 23a, the motor 9 for advance and retrogression is reversely rotated and the cleaning head is made to retrogress in the direction to regrogress from the metal mold, in short, in the direction of B. The regrogression is performed until a retrogression limit sensor 38 reaches a dog 39 for retrogression limit. |
