PURPOSE:To prevent defective mold release and peeling of a resin lining between the molded resin lining of a spline and a spline which has been made into a molding tool, by curing the resin lining under a state where a bearing is heated at a temperature higher than that of a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A spline part 1a of a bearing 1 is heated at 120 deg.C-160 deg.C by applying a mold release agent to the same. Then a polymer is applied to a spline part 2a of a shaft 2 and heated the same at a temperature higher by 10-50 deg.C than that of the bearing 1 after dryness of the same. Then the shaft 2 is inserted into the bearing 1, centering is performed through spigots 1c, 2c and chamfers 1d, 2d, a monomer solution 3 is cast into a clearance between the bearing 1 and the shaft 2 and cured by holding at 120 deg.C-160 deg.C for 5min. An obtained resin lining is released easily from a mold and stuck onto the shaft favorably. |
