<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the nonuniformity in revolution of the original sheet by detecting the variation of tension of the sheet pulled and transferred by a driving means as the swing quantity of a swing mechanism and revolution- driving a driving motor according to the detection signal for the magnitude of the swing quantity. CONSTITUTION:Each sheet S1-S3 of each sheet original cloth 6a-6c is wound onto the dancer roll 11B of a swing mechanism 11 from below to above, and inserted between the upper and lower electrode rollers 19 and 20 and between a driving means 18 and a pressing roller 28. Further, the sheet S4 of a sheet original cloth 30 for joint is inserted similarly between the electrode rollers 19 and 20. Then, each sheet S1-S4 is pulled out by driving a driving means 18, and the side edge of each sheet S>=1-S3 and the sheet S4 for joint are high-frequency-welded by the electrode rollers 19 and 20. At this time, the swing quantity of a swing mechanism 11 which is swung according to the tension of each sheet S1-S3 is detected by a detecting means, and a driving motor 9 is controlled according to the result of the detection, and the original-cloth supporting roller 4 of a driving-out mechanism 2 is driven through a power transmission mechanism 10.</p> |
