PURPOSE:To obtain high quality membranes without causing any coating nonuniformity by coating liquid for the second time while keeping the angle made between the panel center line and its vertical line in a specific one and rotating the panel centering around the center line. CONSTITUTION:When the angle theta made between the center line (m) of the glass panel 1 on which the first filming membranine is formed and its vertical line (l) is 180 deg., inject a specified amount of liquid using the liquid injection nozzle 5 while slowly rotating the panel centering around the center line (m) as the axis of rotation. Then by slightly inclining the panel 1, the coated liquid spreads all over the panel surfaces and further by doing it until the angle arrives at 90 deg., excessively coated liquid 6 is discharged outside the panel 1. Subsequently, for example, by high-speed-rotating the panel 1 at 100-200rpm, the thickness of the coated liquid 6 is uniformalized. After that, while the panel is slowly rotating, the liquid is heated and dried with the heater 7. This can form a thigh quality filming membrane without causing any coating ununiformity. |
