Phenoxy-triazolyl-methyl tert-butyl ketone and carbinol metal complexes of formula (I) are new: (where M = Cu, Zn, Mn, Sn or Mg; X = halogen;Cl = Co or CHOH; y1 = halogen, alkoxycarbonyl, NO2 or sulphi; y2 = H, halogen or OH; M,m = 0, 1 or 2; K, l = 1,2,3 or 4; P = 0-6). The new complexes are prepd. by reaction of corresponding uncomplexed triazole derivs. (II) with metal benzoate salts (III) at 5-50 deg.C (pref. 20-25 deg.C) in the presence of diluents, pref. water, or in organic solvents such as alcohol.
