PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition capable of providing an antistatic releasable film by one process, having improved adhesivity to base film, transparency and release performance, by blending specific amounts of a specific metallic salt and a specified organopolysiloxane. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. organopolysiloxane containing 0.1-5mol% alkenyl group based on total organic groups bonded to silicon atom is blended with (B) 0.1-10pts.wt. organohydrogen polysiloxane containing three or more hydrogen atoms directly bonded to silicon atom in one molecule, (C) 0.001-0.1pt.wt. one or more salts of metal of group I, II or VIII of the periodic table, (D) 0.1-5 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane shown by the formula [R<1> is HO(CH2CH2O)nCH2CH2 CH2 group; R<2> is monofunctional hydrocarbon; 0<=a; b<=3; 0<=l+m<=100; 1<=n<10] and (E) a catalyst for addition reaction. |
