Adjustment device for Bowden pulls consisting of a cable and a sleeve, in which an adjustment housing (4) and an adjustment slide (4) together form a part of the sleeve (2) and are provided with a locking toothing (18) which locks in the pulling direction and can be disengaged during the return stroke. The adjustment slide (4) is guided, with the ability to slide freely, in an unlocking slide (9) which is guided between two end stops (10, 11) in the adjustment housing (3) on sliding surfaces (12) which rise obliquely relative to the plane of the toothing and is acted upon in the locking direction by a spring (13) and actuated in the direction of disengagement by means of a driver (14) secured on the cable (1). The adjustment slide (4) or its guiding and toothed surfaces have a more sharply curved shape than the position of the cable (1) in the adjustment housing (3), the adjustment housing (3) being provided with a chamber (15) which extends in a corresponding manner, in the form of a pocket, to the side of a cable leadthrough (5). The adjustment housing is designed as an end sleeve and, for this purpose, is provided with a fastening flange as a cable leadthrough, the cable protruding through a rigid tube which is guided, with the ability to slide freely, in the fastening flange and which simultaneously serves as a driver for the unlocking slide. <IMAGE>
