Liquid collector for patients lying in bed. The collector comprises a lying member (1) of resilient material provided with a canal system (21, 22). The canal system is connected to an outlet opening (7), the outlet opening being connected to a suction system through an outlet hose (9). The suction system comprises a collector tank (8) and a suction device (14). In addition, into the lying member (1) there is located a moisture detector (15), and into the suction system a valve (12). The collector further comprises a control unit (17), to which the moisture detector (15) and the valve (12) are connected, and the valve (12) and the collecting of liquids are controlled by the signals obtained from the moisture detector (15). In the collector tank (8) there is a detector (16), by which the filling up of the tank is detected. Several lying members (1) can be controlled by means of the control unit (17). |
