The invention concerns a hydrodynamic separating device for a horizontal radial-flow impeller centrifugal pump with preceding injector. The object of reducing the efficiency losses and increasing suction, above all against pressure, by elimination of intensive swirling and by mixing with the discharge current at the suction side of the injector, is achieved by positioning a separating device of arbitrary shape directly behind the guide vanes in the pump casing.
