PURPOSE:To enhance the feeding accuracy of powdery granules by providing both a sensing means of flow rate per unit time for powdery granules discharged from a vibrating feeder and a means regulating the exciting force or the like of the vibrating feeder on the basis of the sensed flow rate. CONSTITUTION:An output signal output from a comparator 23 is fed to an integration circuit 24 and furthermore subjected to frequency conversion in a V/F circuit 25 and is output to an AC power electromagnetic part 15 of a vibrating feeder 1 via power driving circuit 26. In case it is output to the electromagnetic part until the output after rectification is eventually allowed to coincide with reference voltage V, that is, until the input of the integration circuit becomes zero, the frequency of an AC component is changed and the vibration of the vibrating feeder is controlled. ON the other hand, an operator sets both the amount of each divided package and the amount of powdery granules to be discharged from the vibrating feeder by a keyboard 27 and inputs them to a central processing unit 28. |
