PURPOSE:To permit uniform resin coating by discharging and coating a resin over the shoulder part of elements while moving a pair of cylinder heads in two directions; X, Y on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:The viscous resin 5 is coated to the shoulder part 3a formed between the elements 3 and lead wires 4 of an electronic parts chain 1 provided with plural pieces of the element 3 studded at a constant pitch along the longitudinal direction of a lead holder 2 via the lead wires 4 to said holder. Two pieces of guide rails 14a, 14b are laid in parallel on both sides of the part where the electronic parts chain 1 is installed along the longitudinal direction thereof. A syringe head 19 for discharging the viscous resin which advances to and retreats from the above-mentioned part where the chain is installed is installed movably back and forth on the guide rails 14a, 14b along the longitudinal direction of said part in the position flush with the shoulder part 3a. As a result, the creeping of the viscous resin onto the lead wires stuck, to the outside peripheries of the elements is obviated and the uniform resin coating is executed. |
