This diverter-collector consists of a heat-dissipating plate (7) and an ionic protection layer (10) which covers the said plate and protects it against the ion flux prevailing in the reactor. According to the invention, the ionic protection layer comprises a plurality of parallel fibres (11) of a refractory material such as tungsten or a tungsten alloy, part of the length of these fibres being implanted into the material of the dissipating plate (7), the remainder of these fibres extending into the thickness of the ionic protection layer. <IMAGE> |
