A protection structure of a junction box including a starter circuit for a vehicle is provided to protect circuit and components in the junction box from solidified water or moisture generated from vapor condensation. A junction box(10) equipped with a starter circuit is arranged at a front center of an outer cover(20) having a rear upper portion where a door grommet(30) is connected. The outer cover has an inner upper portion with a water inflow prevention protrusion(21). An inner cover(40) is arranged beneath the water inflow prevention protrusion such that the a top of the junction box is covered by the inner cover. An indoor grommet(50) is arranged in an inner rear portion of the outer cover such that the indoor grommet is connected to the door grommet.
