PURPOSE:To increase the storage life by using a conductive plastic plate as a cathode current collector, and forming the conductive plastic plate in a double structure using different conductive fillers. CONSTITUTION:A cathode current collector 1 is formed by bonding with a conductive adhesive (d) or melt bonding two kinds of conductive plastic plates 11, 12, and blanking in a specified dimension. By using the conductive plastic as the cathode current collector 1, it can ensure the function of the collector because of sufficient conductivity. The conductive plastic layer located on the cathode active material side is stable to the active material and does not react with the active material, and free from the corrosion. Therefore, the deterioration in electrical performance such as open circuit voltage and short current is prevented. Since highly conductive plastic plate is used on the side, which is in contact with a cathode lead terminal 2, of the cathode current collector 1, the contact resistance between the cathode current collector and the cathode lead terminal 2 is remarkably reduced. The internal resistance of a battery is stable and low, and the storage performance is substntially increased. |
