APPARATUS FOR PREPARATION OF LOOSENED FROZEN RICE

PURPOSE:To enable the loosening of cooked rice in cooling as far as possible, by using a rotary drum for receiving cooked rice and having a mesh structure at the side surface, attaching a scraping means to the inside of the rotary drum and placing a blower outside of the drum to introduce air into the rotary drum. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical rotary drum 13 receiving cooked rice and having a mesh structure 14 at the side face is provided with a scraping means 18 protruded from the inner wall of the drum and extended along the axial direction of the drum 13. Blowers 15a-15e to introduce air into the drum 13 are placed outside of the drum 13. The cooked rice can be efficiently loosened in the cooling stage by the combined action of the rotary drum having mesh structure and the blowers.
