PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid skin cosmetic providing a refreshing feeling, having improved durability of fragrance and transparent appearance free from greasiness to the skin, by using both a lipopolysaccharide and water-insoluble perfume. CONSTITUTION:0.01-1wt%, preferably 0.05-0.5wt% based on the total amount of cosmetic of a lipopolysaccharide (lipopolysaccharide associated with protein of extracellular bacterium belonging to the genus Acinetobactor such as EMARUZAN, etc.) and 0.01-10wt% preferably 0.1-3wt% water-insoluble perfume (especially preferably >=50wt% terpene such as benzyl salicylate, orange oil, etc.) are homogeneously and finely dispersed into 5-25wt% aqueous solution of ethanol to give a liquid transparent skin cosmetic. The cosmetic is preferably adjusted to pH 4.5-6.5 by the use of citric acid, succinic acid, etc. |
