PURPOSE:To enable a correct spectrum to be obtained by using a light detector of a type wherein sensitiveness characteristics are proportional to the 1/n-th power of an input and correcting the output of the light detector by data processing. CONSTITUTION:A light detector of a type wherein sensitivenss characteristics are proportional to the 1/n-th power of an input is used and a light detection signal is obtained as a voltage signal at a junction between a photoconductive element P and a resistor R. Only the AC components of the light detection signals are inputted to an amplifier A via a coupling capacitor C. The output of the amplifier A is sampled by a sampling circuit S and taken in a RAM via an A/D converter AD. The operating program of a computer CPU is stored in a ROM and the computer CPU applies the corrective calculation of the distortion of the characteristics of the photoconductive element P to the output of the amplifier A, namely, photometric data taken in the RAM according to the program. On the basis of the corrected data, the algorithm of Fourier transformation is executed and a result is displayed D as the data of a spectrum. |
