The invention relates to a two-part frame for windows or doors on vehicles, in particular caravans, motor homes and mobile homes, with a one-piece outer frame and a one-piece inner frame made of integral skin foam, preferably polyurethane, and with at least one roller blind which is designed as a blackout blind, a sunshade or insect guard and comprises a hanging blind which can be wound up on a wind-up tube and has a closing rod. In order to accommodate a roller blind on the outside of the window or of the door in a favourable and protected manner without making great changes to the frame, a cutout for a roller blind is made in the upper transverse strut of the outer frame, the wind-up tube of the roller blind is mounted rotatably in the cutout by means of its pivot pin and when the hanging blind is wound up the closing rod, which is attached thereto, covers the opening of the cutout.
