发明名称 SEPARATE TYPE WASTE HEAT RECOVERING SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a separate type waste heat recovering system that is low in manufacturing cost and easy to maintain by connecting a vacuum pump to a circulation conduit so that the pressure in the circulation conduit may be maintained lower than the atmospheric pressure by said pump. CONSTITUTION:A water tank WT is connected to a condensing part CN through heat insulated pipes 21, 22 and a pump P. As water is circulated, it is heated by waste heat transfered from an evaporating part EV to the condensing part CN to supply hot water. A pipe 11 between the condensing part CN and an operating liquid reservoir tank RT is branched to have a vacuum pump VP to be connected thereto. In order to secure safety in which a negative pressure is maintained in the circulating conduit of the operating liquid, a pressure increase inhibitor switch 24 is connected to a pipe 12, which switch ceuses an atmospheric release valve 25 to be opened to prevent a pressure buildup in case where there is an abnormal pressure buildup in the circulating conduit. By connecting a gas pressure switch 26 to the pipe 12, a high negative pressure in the circulating conduit is prevented in case where there is an abnormal pressure drop in the circulating conduit by causing the switch 26 to open the atmospheric release valve 25 to introduce the atmosphere. By maintaining a negative pressure in the circulating conduit, there is no risk of explosive rupture, the design, manufacture and building work of the evaporating part and pipes can be simplified, and the maintenance can be facilitated.
