PURPOSE:The titled composition useful as coating compound, optical fiber coating material, filler for electronic material, etc., consisting of specific ultrafine resin particles carrying a substance to scatter, absorb and shield radiant energy ray and a radiant energy ray curable liquid resin. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition consisting of a liquid resin curable by radiant energy ray and ultrafine resin particles (preferably 0.02-40wt% based on the total amount of the composition of nonvolatile component content) having 0.01-6mu particle diameter comprising a polymerizable ethylenic unsaturated group-containing monomer (e.g. ethylene glycol diacrylate, etc.) carrying a substance (e.g. dyestuff, ultraviolet light absorber, lead compound, etc.) having function to scatter, absorb and shield radiant energy ray, uniformly dispersed in the liquid resin. EFFECT:Provides a flexible membrane having the surface which is slightly damaged and has wear resistance and the soft back and showing toughness as the whole membrane and high elongation ratio by curing. |
