PURPOSE:To effectively use a memory space of a master processor by providing an exclusive memory of a slave processor in accordance with each of the slave processors, and providing an area which is shared with the master processor, on the slave processor exclusive memory. CONSTITUTION:Three pieces of slave processor exclusive memories 31-33 having a shared area are connected by a time division to buses 41-43 of slave processors, respectively, and a bus 12 of a master processor. In the figure, a hatched part shows the shared area. The memories 31-33 have 64KB, respectively, and among them, the memories 31, 32, and the memory 33 use 16KB and 32KB, respectively, as the shared area with the master processor 1. Also, to slave processors 21-23, line control mechanisms 61-63 are connected through the buses 41-43, respectively, and to the processor 1, a master processor exclusive memory 11 and a disk device 13 are connected through the bus 12. In this way, a kind of the memory can be decreased, and also, by changing the capacity of the shared area at every slave processor, a memory space of the master processor can be used effectively. |
