The device for watering agricultural ground has a centrifugal pump driven by the tractor. There is also a suction pipe which is provided with a housing (1) on an end part of the pump being turned away. The housing has a suction compartment (3) and a base valve flap (4), which help suck water from a channel through a dividing pipe to spray nozzles on the pump delivery port, situated directly above the flap. The suction pipe has the delivery port of an auxiliary pump connected to it. The pipe is filled with water from the auxiliary piston pump and the spiral housing of the centrifugal pump. The auxiliary pump is driven by a hydraulic-motor (6) from the tractor, or a low-tension electric motor.
