For the turning of tight or jammed screws, connecting elements or when boring material or other elements, only unsatisfactory hand-operated work aids have hitherto been available. Since, in this respect, electrically driven rotating elements fail, it was still necessary to resort to makeshift constructions, such as screwdrivers with integrated hexagonal element for reception of a ring spanner or open-jawed spanner. The professional association advises against such practices, since they cause accidents. The problem has been solved, as an object, by the present invention. In this connection, the following were taken into consideration: a) ergonomically suitable shape of the base body; b) integration of a lever arm (capable of folding in and out) for force amplification; c) a ratchet, adjustable for left-hand and right-hand rotation, to be able to work at poorly accessible locations; d) a possibility of being able to interchange tool parts; e) working light, as well as other elements according to the claims. Consequently, this hand-guided tool can be used both "quite normally" e.g. as a screwdriver (rapid working) and, after folding out the lever arm, e.g. tight-fitting screws can also be screwed down or ones which are jammed loosened. The length of the handle/base body also permits gripping with both hands for more convenient working.
