<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the visual sensor that an optical cutting plane line picture image does not depend upon the positional relation of the base metals to be welded each other by forming the composition that a projector, an image pickup device and a work head part stand in a line in the visual sensor rotation radial direction. CONSTITUTION:A projector 39 and image pickup device 35 are supported on a sensor bracket and this bracket is linked to a motor via a speed reducer G. It is therefore rotatable by drawing a different turning radius around a torch axis and scans a weld line 9 by being driven with its turning at the profiling motion time. The overlapped weld line 9 corresponds to the break point 10B located on the optical cutting plane line picture image 10 bending hollowly to the light incident direction Z as shown with the arrow mark and the edge of the upper plate base metal 7A corresponds to the break point 10A located on the optical cutting plane line image 10 bending projectively to the light incident direction Z as shown with the arrow mark. This uneven relation has no concern with the rotation speed of a visual sensor.</p> |
