PURPOSE:To start replenishment at an adequate timing and to eliminate the wasteful consumption of a liquid replenisher by preliminarily setting and storing the non-replenishment time corresponding to the processing amt. at which processing is possible without replenishment of a liquid developer. CONSTITUTION:A control part 12 controls the replenishment start time and replenishment time of the liquid replenisher 10 in a liquid replenisher tank 9. The number of non- replenishment seconds is stored into the memory of the control part 12 by the amt. of the mother liquor to be charged, the area of the nonreplenishing process possible per l of the mother liquor, the rate of the replenishment necessary per m<3> and the flow rate per second of a replenishing pump 11 which are preliminarily inputted to the control part at the time of exchanging the liquid developer 5. The control part calculates the length of a photosensitive lithographic printing plate from the sensing signal of a sensing means 8 and conveying speed, calculates the number of seconds of the pump 11 operation from the rate of the replenishment necessary per m<2> of the average width in the processing for one day of the photosensitive lithographic printing plates, etc., and subtracts the same from the number of the non- replenishment seconds in the memory. The control part 12 controls the pump 11 so as to start the replenishment of the liquid replenisher 9 when the number of the non-replenishment seconds in the memory attain zero by repetition of such operations. |
