PURPOSE:To enable the carrier speed to exceed the reference value easily subject to minimum fluctuation by a method wherein an intermediate plate is made of SK steel containing carbon to be hardened. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate plate 1 made of SK steel containing carbon to be hardened shall exceed Rockwell hardness HRC 40 for the better while HRC 50 for the best. Through these procedures, the carrier speed of parts feeder items used as an oscillation source of piezo-electric bimorph element can be accelerated markedly simultaneously minimizing the relative fluctuation in the carrier speed to the load fluctuation of a carrier driven at specified voltage furthermore the carrier speed of parts feeder can exceed the preferable required value exceeding 5 m/min reversely if this value is specified as reference value, any applied voltage can be reduced lower than conventional value. |
