<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the software breakage by closing automatically a file even though a service interruption occurs while the file is kept under an opening state. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal 1 is kept at a high voltage level in a normal mode free from a service interruption and therefore no input is given to a fixed width pulse generator 3 with no output delivered to a TXD pin 11 of an RS232C terminal 12. If a service interruption occurs by some reason, the voltage of the terminal 1 is set at a low level and the generator 3 outputs a pulse having the width decided by a capacitor 4 and a resistance 5. meanwhile a code generator 9 is turned on. Then a Baud rate setting device 6 is cleared and the clock signal of a prescribed Baud rate set by a dip switch is outputted to the generator 9. Thus a character code T, for example, is outputted from the pin 11 to perform a process like an 'emergency saving' action, etc.</p> |
