Anti-drowning safety boots. The invention relates to an anti-drowning life-saving device fitted onto the top part of a boot so as to prevent it, once it is filled with water, from sinking and dragging the person wearing them down towards the bottom. The device consists of sealed beading made of the same material as the boot and located in relief right around the boot 1 and 2. It will be possible for the beading to be filled, either with a safety floating material or simply with air.
