PURPOSE:To keep brake force unchanged even if a position regulation is made through moving a seat forwardly and backwardly by limiting the movement directions of an operating force transmission link and a follower link only to the movement direction of a seat by means of a parallel link mechanism. CONSTITUTION:By shaft-supporting an operating lever 22 to a ratchet member 21 which moves in a body with a seat 10, a position-relation between the seat 10 and the operating lever 22 does not alter at all even if a position regulation is made through moving the seat 10 forwardly and backwardly, and the operatability of the operating lever 22 is undamaged. Hereupon, when the position regulation is made through moving the seat 10 forwardly and backwardly, both parallel link mechanisms D1, D2 are transformed by both drive links 34A, 34B, and follower links 35A, 35B swing in the same way as the swing links 31A, 31B, 32A, 32B of these parallel link mechanisms D1, D2. On account of this, the other ends of follower links 35A, 35B, that is, a joint 44 does not move at all, and force which acts on a parking brake through an operational cable 50 which is an operating force transmission means E does not alter at all and brake force is unchanged. |
