Tool carrier for handling devices

A tool carrier for handling devices is proposed, which has a first section (2) for attachment of the carrier to a movement unit (1), and a second section (3) for fixture of the tool (4). The second section (3) is mounted to oscillate on the first section (2). A sheet-like spring element (8), fitted with measurement transducers (28) and clamped in a central part (7) of one section (3) and in an edge zone (9) of the other section (2), moves the second section (3) into a defined position with respect to the first section (2) as soon as no external forces act on the tool (4). <IMAGE>
