In the case of weight-controlled hang gliders which are motorised by a pusher-propeller motor at the tail, the tail load produced by the motor weight is compensated for in that the pilot, who is suspended in a lying harness, is pulled forwards by the motor weight, by means of a cable run which is deflected in a doubled manner.
