PURPOSE:To obtain images corresponding to human visual characteristics by changing the output start time of address signals to be outputted from address generating means at the time of reading/ writing a video signal from/in a recording means in response to an output generated from a horizontal scanning start position setting means. CONSTITUTION:Address generators 35a, 35b are constituted so as to vary respective horizontal scanning strat positions. Data relating to a variable value outputted from an address start position setting means 4 and data relating to a horizontal scanning line to be varied outputted from a line counter 90 are applied to the address generators 35a, 35b. Thereby the horizontal start positions of image data stored in the generators 35a, 35b can be individually set up in each horizontal scanning line at the time of reading. Thus, either one of right and left images or respective right and left images can be varied by changing the output start time of address signals outputted from the generators 35a, 35b in each horizontal scanning line at the time of reading, so that signals corresponding to human visual characteristics can be obtained. |
