PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of occurrence of a film breaking phenomenon even when a remarkably high temperature and pressure is required in a transferring and to improve a heat resistance, by a method wherein a metallic layer, made of a coating which is prepared by mixing a powder or paste Al with a heat-curing coating, is provided between a substrate having release properties and an adhesion layer. CONSTITUTION:A metallic layer, made of a coating which is prepared by mixing a powder or paste Al with a heat-curing coating, is provided between a substrate having release properties and an adhesion layer. As the substrate having release properties, a plastic film, which is prepared by applying every kind of smoothing or irregularity forming treatment on a polyester film having high-temperature transfer resistance, a metal foil, etc. can be used s it is it has release properties for itself; otherwise, it can be used with a release layer of an appropriate resin. As the adhesion layer, an acrylic resin and the other suitable resins can be used. The metallic layer provided between the substrate and the adhesion layer is prepared by using a heat-curing coating as a binder and mixing a powder or a paste Al therewith. A suitable catalyser may be mixed as a curing agent or a natural resin may be accordingly mixed in the heat- curing coating; a pigment may be mixed in the metallic layer for coloring. |
