PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency by constituting the titled word processor so that an input and printing of a data conforming with an image of a regular shape form can be executed on a screen without generating a complicated format against any existing regular shape form. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard 2, an image scanner 3, a printer 4, a CRT display device 5,m and a floppy disk drive device 6 being an external storage device of a suitable capacity are connected to a CPU 1. A regular shape form is read by utilizing the image scanner 3, and displayed on the CRT display 5. An operator sees this display and inputs a suitable item from the keyboard 2, but in this case, the upper left part, etc., of the regular shape form are set an origin, and from this origin, a data input start position and its end position are shown by coordinates, and a position relation of an input data, accordingly, a printing data is specified. When printing is executed from such a set position, a head movement and a line feed to a start position coordinate of each input item are executed, and thereafter, printing is executed exactly in a prescribed position. |
