PURPOSE:To accurately perform a pressure reduction proportional control in proper quantities of brake force in accordance with the loading condition of a vehicle, by providing air reservoir space between a movable member and a brake circuit. CONSTITUTION:A distance from a brake valve 1 to an air over hydraulic booster is considerably long as compared with a distance from the brake valve 1 to a deceleration detecting device 6, while a large difference is generated between the substantial pressure, acting on a vehicle as brake force, and the pressure in the deceleration detecting device 6. Consequently, a pressure rise of air in the deceleration detecting device 6 is delayed so as to compensate only the delay amount by a throttle member 61 and air reservoir space 65. In this way, a pressure reduction proportional control can be accurately performed in proper quantities of brake force in accordance with a loading condition of the vehicle by enabling the adequate brake force to be obtained.
