PURPOSE:To expand a measurement range and to improve measurement sensitivity by coupling a labeling antibody derived from a rabbit and the solid phase derived from goat. CONSTITUTION:For example, a combination of the anti-rabbit alpha fetoprotein- immunoglobulin G-glucose oxidase labeling antibody and anti-rabbit alphafetoprotein-immunoglobulin G-coated polystyrene ball is formed. The measurement range is expanded and the measurement accuracy is improved with the immunological measuring reagent constituted by the combination in which the labeling antibody is derived from the rabbit and the solid phase is derived from the goat.
