<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a rectangular wave signal phase-shifted by 90 deg. with no adjustment in response to the input of a rectangular wave signal of different period by providing the 1st and 2nd integration circuits and a comparator. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular wave signal 101 is inputted to the 1st integration circuit 1 and an inverter 3, and the rectangular wave signal 101 integrated by the 1st integration circuit 1 is outputted as an integration signal 102 and then inputted to a comaprator 4. on the other hand, a rectangular wave signal inverted and phase-shifted by 180 deg. at the inverter 3 is inputted to the 2nd integration circuit, where the signal is integrated and the result is outputted as an integration signal 103 and inputted to the comparator 4. The comparator 4 compares the level of the integration signal 102 with that of the integration signal 103, and when the level of the integration signal 102 is higher than the level of the integration signal 103, an H level is outputted, and when the level of the signal 102 is lower than that of the signal 103, an L level is outputted. Thus, a rectangular wave signal 104 phase-shifted by 90 deg. with respect to the signal 101 is outputted from the comparator 4.</p> |
