PURPOSE:To obtain highly accurate results of measurement in a short time, by controlling the setting of a plurality of input voltage values, the storage of a measured voltage and the outputting to a plotter with a computer. CONSTITUTION:A measuring person inputs an input voltage value to be applied to a measuring circuit and a location desired to measure a voltage across a resistance, coil, capacitor or the like into a computer 12. Then, the computer 12 inputs a set voltage into an input voltage control section 7 to apply the set voltage to a measuring circuit 8 while an input voltage is measured to be input to the computer. Then, a measuring instruction is provided to a measuring voltage control section 9 to store voltage values at measuring points into the computer. The measurement and the inputting of data are repeated and the results are outputted to a plotter 10 as table and graph for respective measuring points of measuring locations.
