PURPOSE:A skin cosmetic, containing a specific organosilicone resin and volatile silicone oil and capable of well spreading, protecting the skin over a long period with refreshing feeling when applied to the skin without readily running away even by washing with water, etc. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic containing (A) 1-90wt% organosilicone resin, composed of >=70mol% R3SiO1/2 units (R is 1-6C hydrocarbon group or phenyl) and SiO2 units at a molar ratio of R3SiO1/2 unit to SiO2 unit within the range of 0.5/1-1.5/1 and containing 1-3mol% R2SiO units and/or RSiO3/2 units and (B) 10-99wt% volatile silicone oil expressed by formula I (n is 0-5) and formula II (n is 3-7). |
