PURPOSE:To obtain a special cake making the best of each characteristic individually and having unwordly individuality, comprising a filling agent consisting of a food coated with glutinous rice cake or nonglutinous rice cake as a different filling agent. CONSTITUTION:Any food is coated with a glutinous rice cake or nonglutinous rice cake preferably blended with a sweetener such as saccharide, etc., or salt or an organic acid such as starch paste to prepare a filling agent. The filling agent is combined with a filling agent of a cake composition as a main ingredient, the prepared special cake is put into a closed container and sterilized or the outer layer of the special cake is coated with a food such as pastry of bean-jam pancake, bun with a bean-jam filling or waffle readily edible with hands.
