PURPOSE:To provide a bath device with temperature keeping function, by a method wherein a driving means, which compares a set temperature in a hot-water temperature setting unit with a hot-water temperature detected by a thermistor and ignites a burner when the hot-water temperature detected by the thermistor is lower, is provided in the title bath device. CONSTITUTION:When a hot-water temperature setting means 10 and a temperature keeping timer 6 on console board 7 are set and a temperature keeping switch 5 is operated, a circulating pump 3 is driven, a hot-water temperature and the amount of water in a bathtub 8 are detected by a thermistor 1 and a water amount sensor 2 and a driving means 12 compares the hot-water temperature with a temperature keeping temperature, set in the hot-water temperature setting means 10. When the detected temperature is lower than the set temperature, a burner 11 is ignited to heat the hot-water, the hot-water temperature in the bathtub 8 is checked in every given times and temperature keeping operations are effected during the set time of the temperature keeping timer 6. A temperature keeping sequence is operated in such a manner, whereby the title bath device may be provided with temperature keeping function.
