PURPOSE:To obtain an output current which compensates a temperature and is in proportion to a power source voltage by providing a compensating circuit to compensate the reduction of the output current due to the voltage between the base and the emitter of a transistor, in which the reference current of a current mirror circuit flows, and the error of an output current due to a temperature characteristic, at the connecting point of a resistance and the current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:Between a power source Vcc and a ground point GND, a resistance RA and an NPN type transistor Q0 are serially connected. To the base of the Q0, the collector is connected, the base of NPN type transistors Q1-Q3 is connected and to the emitter of the Q1-Q3, the ground point GND is connected. Between the power source Vcc and the ground point GND, a PNP type transistor QA, a PNP type transistor QB and a constant current source IA are serially connected, and the base of the transistor QA is connected to the collector and the base of the transistor QB is connected to the base of the collector and a PNP type transistor QC. To the emitter of the transistor QC, the power source Vcc is connected through a resistance RB, and to the collector, the collector of the Q0 and the base are connected. From the collector side of the Q1-Q3, output currents I1-I3 are obtained.
